Eufy now uses dual nomenclature: a series code (S300) + a marketing name (eufyCam 3C). They are two names for the same product. S300 = eufyCam 3C, S330 = eufyCam 3.

❓ Does the eufyCam 3C work without HomeBase 3?

No. The eufyCam S300 (3C) is an add-on camera that requires HomeBase 3 (S380) to operate. It cannot be used standalone like the SoloCam models.

❓ What’s the difference between 3C and 3?

Both have the same 4K quality and BionicMind. The difference: the eufyCam 3 (S330) has a 365-day battery with built-in solar panel and IP67, whilst the eufyCam 3C (S300) has a 180-day battery, optional solar panel and IP65.
